TYMA is an ancient technique that combines deep tissue massage, reflexology, acupressure and stretch techniques from yoga. During these days you will learn to give a full body treatment.

Itzhak who is the teacher, has been practicing and teaching Thai-yoga-massage for more than eleven years, is holding this unique ten day course. He conduct courses all year round, all around the world. Itzhak is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge and experience. He is teaching in such an organic, sensitive and sweet way, and we are very grateful to have him as a teacher on this course.

In the morning before breakfast, there will be vipassana meditation and yoga classes for those who want in the boathouse-temple.

Ellen Molnia will hold bhajan-singing full of devotion, celebration, prayer, joy and love during the hole course.

Ulf and Helena offers wonderful organic breakfast and lunch every day and Ellen Molnia offers superb indian dinner every evening for very reasonable prices.

Our living conditions: you bring your own tent, there is a lot of nice spots around the course center, on the beach or in the forest. There is also possibility to sleep indoors, in a tipi or a yurt. There are both outdoor and indoor showers, woodheated sauna, outdoor kitchen etc. The surrounding is astonishing.

Some evenings we have excursions in the area. For example, there are two big vikingboats which we go for adventures in the archipelago. very unique experience!

Always at these courses there is a chance to find new friendship and get to share all these beautiful things together. How lovely it is to share the sweet things in life with brothers and sisters! After all-we are one big family here on planet Earth!
