„Free Your Hands“ is the theme of this year’s advanced course with Itzhak.
In this 6-days Thai Massage training you will explore Thai massage through the intelligent use of elbows, knees, shins, sitting bone and body weight — bringing power, sensitivity and ease into your practice.
This training focuses on advanced OsteoThai and dynamic techniques.
As traditional Thai Yoga bodywork is called Nuad in Thailand and means „healing touch“ we will improve our touch. The Advanced training is suitable for anyone who already has experiences in any form of bodywork.
- Use of different parts of your body to free your hands and make the massage for you more relaxed
- Principles of traditional Thai Yoga Massage and Osteopathy (harmonic techniques)
- Static and dynamic techniques
As usual we will include Meditation, Bhakti Yoga and of course lots of Nuad.
Daily rhythm at Nuad training:
09:00am – 12:30pm: Thai Massage session 1
12:30pm – 02:30pm: Lunch & Siesta
02:30pm – 05.30pm: Thai Massage session 2
We start on Friday July 10, 2026 at 9 am.
Price
The course is open for already experienced Nuad Thai massage practitioners. That means you’ve at least completed one basic course.
You will receive a certificate of attendance from the International Society of Thai Yoga Massage – the Sunshine Network.
